We offer a 7-day return policy, which means you have 7 days from the date of receiving your order to request a return.
To be eligible for a return, the item must be unused, in its original condition, and in its original packaging. Proof of purchase may also be required.

Please do not send any item back without contacting us first. Once your return request is approved, we will share the return instructions and shipping details.
Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Items
Please inspect your order upon delivery. If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect product, contact us at support@theoldnatural.com with your order details and supporting photographs.
We will review the issue and assist you with an appropriate resolution.
Non-Returnable Items
For hygiene and safety reasons, products that have been opened, used, or damaged after delivery may not be eligible for return, unless the issue is due to damage, a defect, or an incorrect item received.
Gift cards and items specifically marked as non-returnable are not eligible for return.

Refunds
